Dear Sir or Madam,
I will be an international student next semester and I applied for a housing on Februar, 19th. I don't know if it was clear in my online application form to the Gumal Ngurang residence, but I would like to specify that I apply for a housing only as from August 2007, and until July 2008. If it is not possible, please consider that I apply for a housing as from August 2007 until December 2007. Thank you very much.
Yours sincerely,
Hello
UTS Housing offer agreements in Housing from January to July and July to January. If you receive an offer of accommodation these are the dates available for students to reside in UTS residence.
regards
Housing service
Déjà ils me disent "Hello" genre on est potes, et ensuite ils me regardent à la fin...
Dear Sir or Madam,
I'm an international prospective student (study abroad program) and I sent my application form on February 23th (for the Spring Semester) and I didn't receive the official letter of offer. Is it normal ? Did I forget any required documentation ? I look forward to your reply.
Yours faithfully,
Thanks for your email.
I have just checked the record, and look like we haven't received your application, could you please confirm if you sent the doc to UTS: International?
If not, could you please scan it and email to us, we will process it first and will prepare the letter as soon as the original doc received?
I am going away from this Thursday to end of April, I have copied my colleague into this email and she will also be able to follow up the application for you.
Please feel free to contact us if you need any further information.
Thanks
Chiyu
Shame on me j'ai envie de dire !
Waiting for approval
After UTS receives your application it takes between 4-6 weeks to check your application and have the subjects you have chosen checked by the relevant faculty.
Once a set of subjects have been approved and your application is accepted you (or your home university) will be notified and sent the following documents by email:
- Letter of Offer
- Acceptance form (which must be completed by you and returned to UTS with your Overseas Student Health Cover payment. The OSHC payment does not apply to students from Sweden and Norway for whom there are other arrangements)
When these have been received by UTS you will be sent:
- Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) form (which will allow you to apply for your Visa)
- On-line enrolment instructions
At a later date you will be sent:
- Pre-arrival information
- Information on how to apply for the available UTS accommodation
Chouette chouette !
